Jason Grant, a worker at a remote crocodile farm south-east of Darwin (appropriately, maybe), Australia, was collecting eggs when he was seized by one of the large reptiles who then proceeded to shake him violently, as they do.
Fellow worker to the rescue. Grabbing a gun, Jason’s workmate fired off two rounds. Bang on target. Or nearly. One bullet hit the croc, the other hit Jason in the arm. Jason was flown to hospital by helicopter for emergency surgery for bites and gunshot wounds where his condition is described as ‘stable’…..
