A 25 year old woman was stabbed to death yesterday evening in a furniture store where she was working. No-one has yet been detained in connection with the incident.
Dolores Amaya, aged 25 years, was working in ‘La Casa de los Sueños’, a mattress store in calle Cuesta del Matador, Chiclana, when a masked assailant entered the store, fatally stabbed her and then made his escape. The motive for the attack is currently unknown.
As a mark of respect, the Carnival procession scheduled for today was postponed and flags are flying at half mast.
