Owners of a restaurant in Marbella arrested for cloning credit cards

The proprietors of the restaurant Pangear on urbanisation Rio Real in Marbella have been arrested by the National Police on charges of cloning credit cards and producing counterfeit money.

The restaurant appears to have been a ‘front’ for a number of illegal activities and National Police officers confiscated a number of cloned credit cards, a wad of dodgy money and machinery used in the replication process. A computer was also taken away and is being investigated. There is currently no news on the number of mobile phones siezed in the operation.

The restaurant is sealed and the owners, after an initial court appearance, have been released on bail. Both men are foreign nationals and have also been deprived of their passports.
