In tennis, world number two Rafael Nadal will be playing in his first final since Stuttgart last July when he takes of Nikolay Davydenko in Miami. Nadal claimed his place in the final of the Sony Ericsson Open in Miami after beating Tomas Berdych 7-6 (8-6) 6-2 and is hoping to become the first Spaniard to win the title. Davydenko, the first Russian finalist in the 24 year history of the event, disposed of Andy Roddick, the conqueror of Roger Federer in the previous round, in straight sets 7-6 (7/5) 6-2.
