Juan Antonio Roca, alleged brains behind the corruption in Marbella, is out on bail.
Juan Antonio Roca is out of prison after nearly two years behind bars as the ‘Malaya’ corruption investigation drags on, and on. His family managed to raise the €1 million bail set by the judge in the case and at 18:30 today he walked out of Albolote jail in Granada.
He still faces charges of bribery, embezzlement, fraud, money laundering, perjury, illegal possession of weapons, influence peddling and general corruption charges relating to regional planning.
