There has been another ETA bomb attack in Guipúzcoa, the second in the past 72 hours.
At just after 02.30 this morning, the Asociación de Ayuda en Carretera (DYA) in Vizcaya received a telephone call from a man claiming to be a member of ETA saying that a bomb had been set to explode outside the PSE headquarters in Elgoibar, Guipúzcoa.
At just before 03:20, Basque police officers located a suspicious package in calle Urasandi which, five minutes later, exploded.
There was much material damage to buildings and cars but there were no reported injuries. In total this is the sixth bomb attack against socialist offices since the ending of the ETA ceasefire last June.
