Three people have been arrested in connection with the death of the man in Almonte, Huelva, whose body was found half naked in an attic room at his home.
The victim, a Spanish national aged about 40 years, was found half naked, handcuffed to a rail and with his legs tied together. The corpse was in an advanced state of decomposition when discovered by Guardia Civil officers.
Three suspects have been detained and charged with murder, torture, kidnapping and robbery with violence. It seems that the three men forced their way into the house and remained there for about three months, keeping the victim under control through violence, torture and humiliation.
