Stoner wins in Donnington

Reigning world champion Casey Stoner led from start to finish in the British MotoGP in Donnington, finishing just over five seconds ahead of the field.

Stoner was fastest throughout the weekend and this victory just about keeps open his hopes of retaining his crown. Championship leader Valentino Rossi was second with Spain’s Dani Pedrosa in third place.
