A team from the Nerja Escuela Municipal de Voley have become Beach Volleyball Champions of Spain in the junior section.
The winning team consists of nerjeñas Ángela Lobato and Noelia Muñoz along with onubense (from Huelva) Anabel Barrera.
The championships were held on the island of Gran Canaria and in the final, Nerja came from a set down to beat a team from Cantabria two sets to one, the scores being 17-21, 21-19, 15-10.
