The Provincial Court has upheld a sentence of five years imprisonment for three minors who set fire to a man and recorded the incident on a mobile phone camera.
The judge at the Provincial Court in Córdoba has rejected appeals by the defendants against a five year jail sentence imposed by the Juvenile Court in Córdoba. The youths will also serve a two year probation period after their jail terms.
The youths were charged with murder and a crime against moral integrity after setting fire to a man in Lucena, Córdoba, and then recording the incident on a mobile phone camera. The incident took place in June last year.
