The judge investigating the death of BBVA executive Andrés Toro Barea has accused the the children of the couple of involvement in the crime.
Andrés Toro Barea was found shot dead in his chalet in Bollullos de la Mitación, Sevilla, on July 29th and on July 31st his ex-wife was detained in custody as the main suspect in the case. Now, the judge has accused the children of the couple of involvement in the crime.
The son, now 18 years old but a minor at the time of the incident, is accused of collaboration in the crime and is to be investigated by the Juvenile Court.
The daughter, aged 31 years, is accused of pressuring a witness in the case to change his statement about the gun used in the shooting, the weapon having been allegedly given to Barea’s ex-wife for ‘protection’.
Statements have also been taken from several other people who could possibly be implicated in the murder.
