Relatives of María Teresa Fernández, a young girl who disappeared in Motril eight years ago, are requesting the authorities to question Robert Graham, a friend of Briton Tony King, the man currently in prison for the murders of teenagers Rocio Wanninkhof and Sonia Carabantes.
This request follows an appeal by the Wanninkhof family to reopen the case into the death of their daughter.
The Fernandez family request is based on a letter from Tony King to Robert Graham in which he allegedly says that he (Graham) will pay for what he did to that girl in Motril. The family believe this could possibly be a reference to their daughter, Maria Teresa, who disappeared in 2000 and are therefore keen to see Graham questioned.
