The Junta de Andalucía has ordered the withdrawal from shops of a mobile phone in the shape of a dolphin after a nine month old baby ended up in hospital. The phone contains some sort of liquid and this was accidentally consumed by the baby.
The baby is in the Hospital Materno Infantil in Granada and the prognosis is ‘favourable’.
The mobile phone has been sent to a laboratory to analyze the liquid and ascertain its composition. The phone was purchased in one of the cheapo bazaars in Pinos Puente, Granada, where other gimmicky phones, such as hand-shaped, shoe-shaped and bird-shaped, were on sale.
