I dare say that graffiti may have its place, but that is it . It has to have a place, not anywhere and everywhere. It becomes an eyesore and very off putting, making the area look run down. I must admit to have very strong feelings about graffiti and I would make the purpotraitors clean up there mess. It is an offence and MUST be treated so.
