A 32 year old man was arrested in Huelva after trying to steal some jewellery valued at €8,600 from a shopping centre.
The man went into a jewellers in the Centro Comercial Aqualon and asked to view some items, notably two pendants, two necklaces and a ring. He then made a run for it, but was stopped by an off-duty policeman who detained him until his colleagues arrived on the scene.
The man has 52 prior arrests for theft. He should consider a different profession as he doesn’t seem to be very good at this one!
