The manager of the company Supergran has been arrested and charged with faking a robbery at the company’s headquarters in Maracena.
The manager, Raúl M. R., reported the theft of a number of computers from the headquarters of the company on September 2nd. The police investigation into the alleged thefts revealed that there was no sign of any forced entry to the premises, the alarm was coincidentally inactive on that day, the staff had been told to take the day off and the manager himself had been called away.
The theft was used as a reason to close the 19 Supergran supermarkets in the province.
Obviously not the brightest light on the tree!
