The Magistrate’s Court Number 13 in Barcelona is investigating a complaint of sexual abuse against two ambulance technicians.
The two men, 27 year old Sergio P.F. and 41 year old Francisco Javier Q.C., were arrested on August 29th on charges of crimes against privacy and sexual abuse. The incident occurred when the two men were transporting an unconscious girl to hospital. They allegedly sexually abused the patient, photographed their actions and later distributed the photographs.
