Wonders will never cease. I actually managed to catch a fish! Would have taken a picture but, although I did have the camera with me, I’d forgotten to pack the wide-angle lens!
It would be great if they reopened the paseo de los Carabineros between the Balcón de Europa and Burriana, it’s a lovely walk and a much flatter way of getting to Burriana beach! Even opening the Calahonda to Carabeo beach stretch would be good, again a much flatter route for people.
Won’t hold my breath, though. When meetings are described as ‘very positive’, it tends to mean ‘nice lunch, no toys came out of the pram and see you next year’, with nothing concrete having been agreed.
