The Ministry of Industry has proposed reducing the tariffs for natural gas for 2009.
Domestic consumers (tariffs T1 and T2) will see a reduction of €1.5 per month and small to medium industries and businesses (Tariffs T3 and T4) will see a €6 reduction in their monthly bills.
The proposal also includes more flexible tariffs for industrial sectors which are heavy consumers but are suffering under the current economic crisis. These include the makers of ceramics and bricks.
