Santiago del Valle, the alleged murderer of Mari Luz Cortés, has been given another prison sentence, this time for the sexual abuse of a four year old girl.
This particular incident took place on December 8th 2006 in Oliva, Sevilla when del Valle was seen to be groping the four year old girl in order to satisfy his own sexual desires.
A witness to the event stated that del Valle, when approached, claimed to be a relative of the girl but then later fled the scene. The witness informed the mother of the young girl who then made an official complaint.
The Court in Sevilla has also ordered del Valle to pay €10,000 compensation to the young girl for ‘moral damage’ caused by the incident.
Santiago del Valle has now been convicted and sentenced in three cases of child abuse and has accumulated nine years of prison time.
