The Guardia Civil in Granada has arrested a 32 year old Bolivian national after he beat his wife in front of their two daughters.
Police were called to the house, located in calle Santa Clara, by concerned neighbours and found the woman with signs of having been beaten all over her body. The woman said that it was not the first time that such a thing had occurred and that her husband had threatened to kill her.
The man was arrested and is due to appear in court shortly.
