The Supreme Court has confirmed the sentence passed by the Navarra Court on Jaime Giménez Arbe, “El Solitario”. The decision came following an appeal by the lawyer representing “El Solitario”.
Jaime Giménez Arbe was convicted of the killing of two Guardia Civil officers in Castejón in 2004 and was sentenced to 47 years in prison.
