Today, Tuesday, sees the arrival of ten Irish journalists in Nerja on a sort of fact finding mission to promote the town to the people of Ireland.
The group will be met at the airport and then travel to Nerja, where they will check in to the Hotel Balcón de Europa.
A guide from the Tourist Department will then accompany them on a tour of the town, followed by lunch at Casa Luque in Plaza Cavana and then a visit to the Nerja Caves.
That’s it. Not the sort of junket anyone would turn down.
