A judge has ordered the release, on bail, of the owner of a finca in Alhaurín de la Torre where the bodies of two men, both Colombians, were found on Saturday. The two Colombians had been shot at close range.
The bodies were discovered on Saturday evening at finca ‘Los Naranjos’, located on the Cártama to Churriana road. The two men had been shot, at close range, with a hunting rifle.
The accused has also been relieved of his pasport and has to report to the judge on the 1st and 15th of each month.
The events of that evening appear to be as follows:
The finca owner, alerted by his barking dogs, spotted two introders on his property. He then called the Guardia Civil. There was then a gunfight and the two Colombians ended up dead, shot at close range with a hunting rifle. The two dead men had guns next to their bodies.
The police are now trying to establish who fired the first shots. The finca owner states that he was just defending himself after being attacked by two armed men.
