Changes to the Government Team in Nerja, with Councilor José Jonathan Méndez Hermant (3rd deputy mayor) taking on a lot more work.
The Councilor now becomes responsible for beaches, industry, licensing, public roads, parks and gardens, public works, water, lighting, local police. He has taken over public works, water, lighting from José Alberto Tomé Rivas and responsibility for the Local Police from Andrés Márquez.
Inocencia Quintero Moreno (1st deputy mayor) assumes the responsibilty for ‘urban matters’, also previously falling under Councilor José Alberto Tomé Rivas.
