Around 40,000 people are expected to descend on Marbella this weekend for the quarter-finals of the Davis Cup.
The first match is being played at the bullring in Puerto Banus on Friday and Marbella Council have been busy getting the area ready. They have created 1,500 parking spaces, replaced 50,000 plants and have been making sure that the lighting, electricity and plumbing in the area is up to scratch.
Hotels in the area are, quite naturally, full and there are only 500 tickets remaining for the three day event.
