More and more people seem to be resolving their family disputes with some finality, yet another fatality occuring on Thursday in A. Coruña.
National Police officers are trying to locate a man of Peruvian nationality who allegedly stabbed his wife to death. The victin, 38 year old María Luz Tapia, also Peruvian, was at her home in the Los Castros district with friends when, according to witnesses, there was a disagreement which ended with the woman being stabbed.
María Luz Tapia was rushed to the Hospital Universitario de La Coruña but died from her wounds several hours later.
Meanwhile, in Las Palmas, Gran Canaria, a 38 year old woman is in a stable but serious condition in the Hospital Insular after being stabbed by her partner.
