The Public Prosecutor in Granada has asked the Magistrate’s Court to take declarations from the four youths allegedly involved in the removal of a Spanish flag from avenida de la Constitución last Monday.
A taxi driver called the police after he spotted four people removing the 30 square metre flag from a pole in avenida de la Constitución.
Police searched the area and found four youths in possession of said flag. The youths, however, denied having anything to do with the flag or its removal from the pole.
