The search is continuing for a 35 year old who disappeared during the heavy storms on Tuesday near Ibros, Jaén.
Luciano Ramirez was driving from Ibros to Baeza-Linares when he got caught by the severe weather. His family received a call to say that he was on the road but that was the last they heard.
Helicopters and police with dogs are scouring the area. At the point where the authorities believe Ramirez could have been washed away, fresh avalanches of mud have occurred, cutting the road between Linares and Baeza.
