Guardia Civil officers in San Juan de Aznalfarache, Sevilla, arrested a baker at the weekend on charges of violating the rights of workers.
An inspection of the bakery revealed four of the employees to be foreign, none of whom had the necessary papers. Three of the foreigners had no personal identification, work permits or employment contracts. The fourth person did actually have a permit, but it had expired.
