The Councillor for Youth, Charo Villasclaras, has announced that there will be an increased Local Police presence in the Parque Verano Azul to ensure that revellers observe the rules laid down for the weekly ‘botellón’.
The botellón is permitted from 22:00 to 01:30 and only in the Parque Verano Azul. This also applies during the feria celebrations. The Councillor recalled that last year, the ‘botellón transferred, without permission, to the Mirador del Bendito during feria week.
The Councillor is asking all participants to observe the stated hours, not to damage the municipal furniture and not to leave rubbish all over the place. A leaflet on the subject is being prepared for distribution throughout the town.
