As the day draws closer when we will be saying goodbye to analog TV, the Ministry of Telecommunications has announced help, by means of a free TDT decoder, for groups considered at risk of missing out.
These groups include those with sensory disabilities and the elderly, particularly those who are dependant or who are over 80 years of age and live alone or with another person also over the age of 80 years.
