A judge in Córdoba has ordered the Council to pay €7,914 compensation as a result of injuries suffered by a four year old child who fell from a slide designed for age 6 years or more.
A sign did exist but was almost at ground level and the age limit was included with other installation information, leading the judge to rule that the sign was inadequate and led parents to believe the slide was suitable for children of any age.
