Huelva, Sevilla, Cádiz, Córdoba, Málaga and western Granada are on ‘orange alert’ for heavy rains and strong winds, the rest of Andalucia remains on ‘yellow alert’.
Heavy rains are causing problems on some roads, particularly in Huelva province and around Sevilla. Firefighters have received over 100 calls for help this morning due to the rains.
Matalascañas beach and Doñana have been badly damaged by the bad weather with much of the sandy shoreline being lost.
A total of 41 provinces in Spain are on alert for cold weather.
