Six people have been injured, one of them seriously, after the partial collapse of an abandoned house in Alhaurín El Grande.
The injured are all students from a vocational college and they were working to restore the building when part of it collapsed.
The incident occurred at 14:30 on Thursday afternoon at a site in the Huerta del Jorobado area of the town. One youth was trapped beneath the rubble and after being rescued by firefighters he was transferred by helicopter to the Carlos Haya Hospital in Málaga.
All the injured are aged between 17 years and 19 years.
