Only days after the Nerja Council renewed a request to the Provincial Council to repair two roads damaged by the floods of September 21st 2007, the Málaga authorities have announced that these repairs will begin next week now that various ‘administrative’ problems have been resolved.
The two roads badly affected by the floods of 2007 are in Maro and in the Rio de la Miel area and their deterioration has continued during the recent rains.
The Provincial Council is investing €177,825 in the Rio de la Miel area and €78,814 for the road to Maro beach.
