High speed ferry services between Algeciras and Ceuta and between Tarifa and Tangiers have been disrupted due to adverse weather conditions in the Straits of Gibraltar, with only normal ferries operating between Spain and North Africa. High winds of up to 70 kph and strong swells have forced many cancellations. The whole of the Andalucian coast, with the exception of Huelva, is on yellow alert.
