A man accused of running down and killing two pedestrians on the paseo Colón in Sevilla has been testifying in court and has stated that the traffic light was green and that the two women were several metres from the crossing.
Almudena González, aged 30 years, Patricia Alfaro, aged 26 years, died after being hit by the defendant, F.V.R. on the paseo Colón in Sevilla.
The defendant claims the lights were green, the victims were about twenty metres from the crossing and he stopped after the incident and didn’t try to drive off and therefore he is not to blame for the incident.
