The Three Cliffs bar in calle Diputación has closed, owners Clive and Sheila deciding to sell up and retire after many years in Nerja. Renovations are currently being carried out on the premises by the new owners and the next incarnation, thought to be ‘Mojito’, is expected to open some time in June.
We would like to wish Clive and Sheila a happy retirement.
Meanwhile, one of the many new fruit shops which opened during the past year, ‘Frutas Lola’ in avenida Castilla Perez, is now up for sale.
The past six months to one year has seen a proliferation of bread, cake and fruit shops appearing in various parts of the town and it was inevitable that some would not survive.
