Sixteen people were injured on Saturday night, four of them seriously, following a coach crash on the AP-7 near Peñíscola in Castellón.
The accident occurred at 22:51 at km 336 of the AP-7, the vehicle veering off the road and travelling for 100 metres before overturning and hitting a tree. The cause of the crash is not yet known.
The seriously injured are an 80 year old man with multiple face fractures, a 72 year old with multiple contusions and a 29 year old woman with a fractured tibia and fibula and a 70 year old with a broken nose. There were 15 passengers on the bus at the time of the accident.
