Summer is here, the population is increasing so it’s time for some of those quirky decisions we’ve come to love. Well, tolerate. The Post Office, as from today, is now only open from 08:30 to 14:30 Monday to Friday and from 08:30 to 13:30 on Saturday.
Banks will also stop opening on Saturday mornings now that more people will need to use their services, meaning longer queues, if that’s possible.
These seemingly strange decisions apparently relate to life and the situation in Madrid during the summer months but are applied throughout the country for some bizarre reason.
