After several months out of service and with much speculation about its future, Wikileaks is is back in business for leakers, with two improved ways to submit secret documents.
Other new features include increased support for P2P (peer-to-peer) file sharing and ways to locate leaks by geographic region or subject. The site has also published the unique identifier of its SSL certificate, which means leakers can use this to ensure that their connection to the Wikileaks uploading server isn’t being spied on by, for example, rogue intelligence agencies.
