Nestling in the countryside, surrounded by trees, greenery and flowers, and with the distinctive aroma of Cestrum Nocturnum (Night Blooming Jasmine) scenting the air, the Venta Madrid is a great setting for lunch or an evening meal.
Or just for a drink and a chat.
The Venta Madrid opened for business in February this year and is run by Ángel and Raquel.
In July, Ángel and Raquel introduced musical evenings, on Thursdays and Saturdays each week, with a variety of artists and musical styles from Blues to Flamenco.Venta Madrid specialises in fresh meats, gambas, hams and Manchego cheese and at prices which will certainly not break the bank. You can get a menu del dia for €6 and an absolutely delicious, tender steak for €10.
A little bit off the beaten track in some ways but well worth making the effort.

The Venta Madrid is located on the A-7207 out of Torrox Costa and not far from the roundabout junction with the A-7 motorway.
