An investigation has begun to ascertain the causes of a fire at the CEPSA oil refinery in Huelva in which two workmen were killed and two others were injured.
The fire occurred yesterday at the La Rábida refinery in Palos de la Frontera, Huelva. According to some witnesses, the problem originated with a hole in one of the pipes.
There are no reports of any oil spillages into the nearby waterways. The two injured men are in hospital where their conditions are said to be serious.
