A middle-aged man in Málaga has become the fifth victim of heat stroke so far this summer as temperatures in the capital reached 40 degrees on Tuesday.
The body of the man was found next to a dumpster on the Guadalhorce industrial estate. The body showed no signs of violence and a preliminary autopsy carried out in Málaga suggested heat stroke as the cause of death.
Toxicology tests carried out in Sevilla supported this theory although it will be another six weeks before confirmation of cause of death is absolute.
