Two people have died and four others have been injured after a car ploughed into a group of cyclists on the N-IV near Los Palacios, Sevilla.
A group of fourteen cyclists from the Los Molinos club in Huelva, plus a support vehicle, were travelling in the direction of Cádiz this morning when the driver of the car lost control of his vehicle, first hitting the barrier and then crashing into the group of cyclists.
The driver of the car was tested for alcohol as a matter of routine. In a state of shock, this had to be carried out via a blood test.
The injured have been transferred to hospital.
