I think it is about issues with his (Rooney’s) personal life. I think he’s fed up with it in England and feels he has got a bit of a raw deal and maybe wants to go abroad and forget about it.
Real raw deal, poor guy. All he did was cheat on his wife with a gaggle of prostitutes. And got found out.
