Work has been going on today, Thursday, to permanently fix in place the decorative blocks in Plaza Cavana now that the automatic bollards have been successfully installed to restrict traffic to calle El Barrio and calle Carmen.
The bollard at the entrance to calle El Barrio is permanently raised unless access is required by the Emergency Services. The bollard to calle Carmen is lowered each morning from 07:00 to 10:00 to allow loading and unloading.
