A ten year old Rumanian immigrant girl who gave birth in Jerez Hospital on October 26th was allowed home over the weekend.
The girl gave birth to a child weighing 6lbs 6oz during a natural birth last week at a hospital in Jerez de la Frontera. She was apparently already pregnant when she entered the country. The authorities new nothing about the case until several days after the birth.
The father of the child is also a minor.
