The quadripartite government in Torrox is hoping that it’s a case of third time lucky as they attempt yet again to sell a plot of land for the construction of 152 VPO (subsidised) houses.
The first two attempts had to be aborted due to various complaints, bureaucratic, technical and administrative problems.
The Council is now hoping to auction an 18,000 square metre plot in the Barranco del Puerto. This time they are providing legal reports to prove that everything is in compliance with the law.
